When you expand that, it means that we don’t do things like bump a client for another who happens to be a big reviewer. Reviews to us are not the end all be all of business. Every client, reviewer or not, is the same as the next. Something else that goes unstated in the philosophy: the amount of respect that associates gets. I have so much leniency so long as I follow a few common sense rules. I make my own schedule, post to the boards, I even get to make podcasts and write newsletters! How many agency girls can say that? When I came to the agency, I wasn’t just thrown to the wolves. Every Dreams associate goes through a minimum of 8 hours of orientation and training before they even get to their first appointment. This includes learning about the common problems that can occur, setting up the atmosphere, and the fundamentals of human needs and desires. So before the rest of you lot on the boards decide to lead another round of “bash the agencies”, not everyone fits the mold you’re making.
