Hello there. Penelope here from Dreams Escort Service. I’ve been stalking the boards lately and there’s this one thing that I have to speak out on.
The argument that I keep seeing is that agencies are sleazy. Here are my thoughts: It’s not the agencies so much as it’s the industry. It attracts people are comfortable with the sleazy, cheap, and mediocre and so we end up with independents and agencies that are sleazy, cheap, and mediocre.
The generalization that all agencies are sleazy is impossible. Granted, there are a vast majority of disreputable agencies but every agency is a reflection of their owners and values.
Dreams takes a different perspective. They’re driven by a single philosophy: A good day at Dreams is not defined by the amount of money we make but, by the amount of customer loyalty we create.
When you expand that, it means that we don’t do things like bump a client for another who happens to be a big reviewer. Reviews to us are not the end all be all of business. Every client, reviewer or not, is the same as the next.
Something else that goes unstated in the philosophy: the amount of respect that associates gets. I have so much leniency so long as I follow a few common sense rules. I make my own schedule, post to the boards, I even get to make podcasts and write newsletters! How many agency girls can say that?
When I came to the agency, I wasn’t just thrown to the wolves. Every Dreams associate goes through a minimum of 8 hours of orientation and training before they even get to their first appointment. This includes learning about the common problems that can occur, setting up the atmosphere, and the fundamentals of human needs and desires.
So before the rest of you lot on the boards decide to lead another round of “bash the agencies”, not everyone fits the mold you’re making.

After knowing these guys for 10 +++ years I gotta say they are the best in attitude, quality and safety. The not only do not bend rules, mike just plain refuses to compromise quality even the slightest bit. The girls have real intellect and something "special", every one that I have met. No they don't stay forever, but would you really wan't a "career" girl? I don't….
I have used much of their customer service, employee selections etc. in my real world business…. Top notch, top quality, and fun, with safety in all ways to clients and the women as well.
