As a rule I find one Restaurant chain almost like any other. Take basic visual and tactile concept, attack it with a cookie cutter and spread liberally throughout the country until done or you file for chapter 7.

The other day during a boomer day for incalls…

I was feeling “the need“…. no, NOT the need for “Speed” although the thought of having my own personal F-14 is a nice idea but as-long as I’m digressing in fantasy I’d rather have an SR-71.

In this profession you eat in a lot of establishments do business with a lot of service oriented industries. With this in mind I’m kicking off a new Category called Recommendations for the hard working American’s and business which in my view stand out.
