To mediocre minded I merely run an escort service. To them we provide a service they can get anywhere and from their model of the world this is true. Unfortunately, for those who share this belief system they do themselves a disservice. Dreams Escorts doesn’t begin with being just a service ladies and gentleman, Dreams Escorts is actually is the philosophical end result.
Let me explain.
Dreams is my vision of what an Agency should aspire to be. It is the result of an unwavering set of principles, which in turn is manifested by myself and the women who join me. This will in three years or less create the reality of being the respected dominant leader in the South Eastern PA, MD and DC upscale escort market. The Agency isn’t “the dream”, the dream is a direct result of my shared vision.

I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t believe in shoving my head in the sand and I know entropy on a universal scale is an irresistible force. This is perhaps why I keep up with things. In the math equation called life society is an always changing variable. If you haven’t learned this by now you probably need to go stick your head back into the sand.
The women who work with me have entrusted me with their very lives. Not to be mellow dramatic nor to impress you, but to impress upon you the seriousness my reality. ( No pressure here huh ?) Therefore, it behooves me to a have situational awareness to the best of my ability as to the happenings in the world which would affect any decisions I make or don’t make.
I believe once again America is at a major pivot point as evidenced by the social, spiritual and demographic shift happening before us.
More and more women are choosing the Escort Industry as a viable vocation. The social stigma isn’t what it used to be as many of the pro-ported stereotypes are disproven. Bottom-line for all of the Dreams women this is their choice, they applied to work here. Most of them are in collage or college educated two of them hold advance degrees. One of our clients is getting married soon. I hate to lose him as a customer since he’s a great guy who follows the rules, treats our Associates with respect and has never tried to pull any bovine e-coli. Yet, he and his soon to be wife have crossed that line I rarely allow anyone to cross with me in becoming personal friends. This of course means as of last week he and his wife will never be allowed to use Dreams again. I’m not in the habit of getting personal with clients beyond a specific point and for good reason which if you think about it is obvious. I’m a student of many things and for a person of my psychological profile along with being in this business it should come as no surprise human nature tops the list. The human psyche has been a study of mine ever since I read my first human behavior text when I was 12 years old. Ok so I was a precocious child who in 7th grade was reading at an 11th grade level.
Anyway…..
I was speaking to a client the other day and the subject of why someone women choose to be agency woman and others independent. Now I think we all know there are a lot of reasons but this caused me to reflect on my experiences over the years and it lead to some interesting distinctions.

One of my all time favorite movies is the 1987 Wall Street. In this movie there is a scene between Michael Douglas and Charlie Sheen wherein Douglas’s Character Gordon Gekko says to Bud Fox (Sheen):

That fact has stuck with me all my life. It is a simple yet eloquent truth which applies to many situations. Whether you’re a member of Skull and Bones sipping cocktails at this years Bilderberg group or your one of the “uninvited” who wants to be invited.
(Which by the way who do I speak to about my lost invitation ?)
This truth applies to the Escort business as well, either you’re on the provider side or you’re a client. This is, as it is. It was this way before I came into this business and it will be this way when I leave. In the meantime time I get to form friendships and hang out with someone interesting Providers.
I was down in Owensboro, KY the other day with Mike from Fantasys Escorts as he was doing an orientation for a new girl and just so happen to catch up to our buddy Gemini Starr. Verifications make complete sense to me so I know what I am dealing with and I’m not trying to remember if this escort service client has really seen one of our people or not. Let’s all not forget that you as clients do not have the same needs we do therefore; it may seem unreasonable for some of the information which we and other providers may request. I can’t speak fully for others in this business and yes to me this IS A BUSINESS, I’ve made assurances to my client base and my staff/personnel for their safety. There are conditions wherein I am not willing to do business simply because it puts you the client and our people at risk.
Think about it. Do you really want to entrust your safety to some less than intelligent independent, person or company who’s idea of verification is a caller ID check and two Baltimore Escort provider recommendations ? This is assuming they even bother at all and not go by gut instinct over the phone. I won’t get into how we do our screening process but let’s just say we have considerably higher standards.

Dreams is not for everyone and never will be. Nor just because you submit a screening form and have a pay check means I will do business with you. This concept is also a two way street where “we” may not appeal to some of you.
